The Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet houses three beautifully designed holiday apartments. Each apartment is light and spacious, perfect for those breezy summer days; yet cosy and warm making them each a great little haven for curling up after a day of skiing in those snowy winter months.
Being South-facing, the chalet has an abundance of sun spots on offer.To utilise this, each apartment has it's own private out door space.

RODELBAHN
Wenn Sie noch nicht in einem alpinen Gebiet gerodelt haben, sollten Sie es auf jeden Fall versuchen - es ist Spaß für Erwachsene und Kindern! Egal, ob Sie als Familie einen Nachmittag Spaß haben möchte, oder als Gruppe von Freunden, den Abend damit verbringen möchten präparierte Rodelbahnen runter zu schiessen, Sie werden die vielen Rodelbahnen in der Umgebung genießen.
Eine 3 km lange Rodelbahn befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Chalet, wo Sie abgeholt und zur Kohlschnait Alm gefahren werden. Hier können Sie ein traditionelles Abendessen oder Glühwein genießen, bevor Sie mit dem Rodeln beginnen. Es gibt auch eine 14 km lange Rodelbahn, nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt, die eine vertikale Höhe von 1.300 Metern hat. Ein Spaß für alle!
Our first venture was the Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet, a holiday rental property in the Austrian Alps, which we bought back in 2017. The chalet is just 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Zell, and is situated centrally in the year-round holiday destination of Salzburgerland surrounded by an abundance of activities and attractions any time of year.
Through running the Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet, our love for Austria grew even more, as did our love for sharing this beautiful country with our guests. In 2020, we decided to set up the holiday company 'Austrian Alpine Retreats', a company aimed at offering a portfolio of properties to guests and facilitate their holidays in our very own Austrian retreats.
At the end of 2021, with some stroke of luck, we were able to buy the most beautiful holiday hut in the Kitzbüheler Alps of Tirol. Set in the forest and surrounded by trees and mountains, Hütte Waldzeit is our very own nature retreat. The hut is made completely out of natural wood and stone materials, offering an harmonious back-to-nature feel. There are loads of hiking and cycling routes near the hut, and it's just minutes' from the ski network SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. A true paradise in the mountains.
