The Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet houses three beautifully designed holiday apartments. Each apartment is light and spacious, perfect for those breezy summer days; yet cosy and warm making them each a great little haven for curling up after a day of skiing in those snowy winter months.
Being South-facing, the chalet has an abundance of sun spots on offer.To utilise this, each apartment has it's own private out door space.

The Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet houses three beautifully designed holiday apartments. Each apartment is light and spacious; perfect for those breezy summer days, yet cosy and warm making them a great retreat for curling up in those snowy winter months. Each apartment is south-facing with its own outdoor space, ensuring you can make the most of the lovely summer and winter sun.
The fully equipped apartments can host a number of different group sizes - the Kandl Spitze Apartment sleeps up to 4 people, the Edelweiss Spitze Apartment sleeps up to 5 people, and the Bergner Alm Apartment sleeps up to 8 people.
Our three holiday apartments offer everything you need to ensure that you have the most memorable holiday with us. Whether you're a couple, a small family or a larger group of friends, you'll be sure to find something to suit your needs. We also offer many optional extras to our guests, to try and make their holiday extra special - such as welcome hampers, a breakfast service, bicycle rental in summer and ski servicing in winter and more. THE EDELWEISS SPITZE
Sleeps 5
The Edelweiss Spitze Apartment is 75 metre squared and is the perfect size for groups of up to 5 people. Whether you're coming with friends or family, this apartment would be a great fit for you. The Edelweiss Spitze apartment comes with the following features and amenities:
- Two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed and separate single bed, and the second bedroom has a bunkbed (at approx. 180cm this is OK for some adults but not all)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower & bath
- Separate toilet room
- Traditional dining area with table for 5
- Living room area with couch & seating
- Flat screen TV, DVD player, DVDs
- A fully equipped kitchen with all required cooking appliances, coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven

THE BERGNER
ALM

The Bergner Alm apartment is over 140 metre squared and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. With its modern yet cosy interior, it's a haven in the hot summer months, and a welcomed warm retreat in those cooler winter months. It comes with the following:
- Three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed and single bed, the second also has a double bed and single bed and the third bedroom has two single beds
- Two bathrooms each with a shower, toilet and towel warmers
- Large living room with couch that sits 8 people comfortably
- Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances
- Private garden with mountain views
- High speed wireless internet
- Flat screen TV & DVD player
- PS3 with two remotes and games
- Parking for 2 cars onsite at chalet
THE KANDL
SPITZE
Sleeps 4
The Kandl Spitze apartment has traditional wooden ceilings & soft lighting. Its 70 metre squared and sleeps 4 people. You'll feel right at home, winter or summer, in this cosy apartment. The Kandl Spitze Apartment comes with the following features and amenities:
- Two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed and separate single bed, & the second bedroom has two single beds
