The Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet houses three beautifully designed holiday apartments. Each apartment is light and spacious, perfect for those breezy summer days; yet cosy and warm making them each a great little haven for curling up after a day of skiing in those snowy winter months.
Being South-facing, the chalet has an abundance of sun spots on offer.To utilise this, each apartment has it's own private out door space.

BERGNER ALM
APARTMENT
The Bergner Alm apartment is an incredibly spacious apartment, covering 140 metre squared. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people across 3 sizeable bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms each with a shower; a large living room, a dining area & fully equipped kitchen. With its modern yet cosy interior, it's a haven in the hot summer months, and a welcomed warm retreat in those cooler winter months. The apartment's private garden offers an enclosed space to relax and unwind.
THE
BEDROOMS
There are three large bedrooms in the Bergner Alm apartment that comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Bedroom one is ensuite and has a double bed and single bed, bedroom two also has a large double bed and a single bed, and then bedroom three has two single beds. Each have mountain and garden views, and come with plenty of storage space. We also have two travel cots available upon request that you can use.
THE
LIVING ROOM
The Bergner Alm apartment is a large space with views over the apartment's private garden and the mountains in front of the chalet. The cosy living room also has plenty of features to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. It has a comfy 8-seater couch; a huge 50 inch flat screen TV; a stereo system, and a DVD player with DVDs. It also comes with its own PS4 with PS4 games, board games, and books in multiple languages.
THE
DINING ROOM
The Bergner Alm apartment dining room has a wide wooden dining table that sits 8 - 10 people, where you can sit back and tuck in to a hearty home-cooked meal or glass of wine whilst enjoying the mountain and garden views on offer. The chairs are wooden with leather finishes giving comfort and style. There are also large french doors that open up to the Bergner Alm apartment patio, allowing an alfresco dining feel.
THE
KITCHEN
The kitchen area is fully equipped to make you feel at home. There is a fridge / freezer, oven & stove top, a dishwasher and a microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, crockery and all of the cooking utensils you might need whilst on holiday. We provide some tea, coffee, sugar and other basic condiments to get you started too. The kitchen area has views towards the garden and surrounding mountains.
THE
BATHROOMS
There are two modern bathrooms in the apartment, each with walk-in showers, stylish vanity units & WCs. Both bathrooms have towel warmers, and the largest bathroom has warm underfloor heating throughout. There are also first aid kits and a hair dryer available in the apartment should you need them. A set of towels are provided for each guest which will be waiting in your apartment for you at check-in.
THE
PRIVATE GARDEN
The Bergner Alm apartment comes with its own enclosed private garden with mountain views, offering a relaxing outdoor space to enjoy whilst on your holiday. The garden has a large grassed area, as well as a paved section with an outdoor dining table and a comfy rattan couch. There is also a separate private seating area, with another outdoor dining table. All are under cover, yet receive sun for most of the day.
THE
COMMUNAL SPACE
All guests staying with us at the chalet also have access to a communal BBQ & grill area in the chalet garden, for BBQs any time of year. The area has lovely mountain views, and gets sun most of the day. There is a traditional wooden seating area, as well as a communal herb garden where guests can help themselves to home-grown herbs for cooking or cocktails throughout the duration of their holiday with us.

The Kandl Spitze apartment has traditional wooden ceilings, with cosy features and modern touches. It covers 70 metres squared and sleeps 4 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room space. The private balcony has outdoor seating with breathtaking mountains views towards the Hohe Tauern National park mountains.

SPITZE APARTMENT

The Edelweiss Spitze Apartment is 75 metre squared, and is great for groups of up to 5 people. Whether you would like to go on holiday as a group of friends or as a family with kids, this apartment would be a great fit for you. There are two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bath, shower and separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with mountain views. It also has its own balcony.
