The Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet houses three beautifully designed holiday apartments. Each apartment is light and spacious, perfect for those breezy summer days; yet cosy and warm making them each a great little haven for curling up after a day of skiing in those snowy winter months.
Being South-facing, the chalet has an abundance of sun spots on offer.To utilise this, each apartment has it's own private out door space.

KANDL SPITZE
APARTMENT
The Kandl Spitze apartment has traditional wooden ceilings, with cosy features and modern touches. It covers 70 metres squared and sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room space. The private balcony has outdoor seating with beautiful views towards the Hohe Tauern National park mountains. Read below to find out more about the apartment's layout, features & amenities.
THE
BEDROOMS
There are two spacious bedrooms in the Kandl Spitze apartment that both enjoy natural daylight and rustic wooden ceilings. The main bedroom has a double bed & the second bedroom has two single beds. There is plenty of storage available for hanging your holiday clothes, including a full length wardrobe. Extra bedding, pillows and blankets are provided, and baby travel cots are available upon request.
THE
LIVING ROOM
The Kandl Spitze apartment has a cosy living room area with mountain views and wooden ceilings. There is a couch and extra seating for curling up in front of the TV, as well as a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. If you're looking for other forms of entertainment, the apartment comes with a selection of board games, books and a stereo. From here, there is access to your own private balcony overlooking the mountains.
THE
DINING ROOM
The dining area has a traditional wooden Austrian 'Eckbank' table, that easily sits up to 6 people. The mountains can be clearly seen from here, offering a great outlook whilst enjoying your meals. Dining outside is also available on the Kandl Spitze's private balcony, with a large table and enough seating for 4 people. We also have high-chairs for young children available at the chalet that you can use on your holiday.
THE
KITCHEN
The kitchen in the Kandl Spitze apartment is fully equipped to ensure that you have everything you may need whilst on holiday, including a fridge/freezer, oven & stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, cooking utensils and all of the necessary crockery. We provide some tea, coffee, sugar and other basic condiments to get you started, as well as washing-up liquid and towels.
THE
BATHROOM
The bathroom is spacious with a large walk-in shower. There is a vanity area with two sinks (his & hers), and a big mirror with bright lighting offering the perfect spot to get ready for the day ahead and your holiday adventures. A set of towels are provided for each guest including a large body towel and hand towels, and there is a hairdryer and first aid set available. The WC is in a separate room, with a few toilet rolls provided.
THE
BALCONY
The Kandl Spitze apartment has its own private balcony, with panoramic mountain views over the mountain range in front of the chalet and towards the Hohe Tauern National Park. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 4 people for alfresco dining whilst on holiday, and a bench for lounging. The balcony is south facing so gets plenty of sun all day long, yet is covered so you can sit out there in bad weather too.
THE
COMMUNAL SPACE
All guests staying with us at the chalet also have access to a communal BBQ & grill area in the chalet garden, for BBQs any time of year. The area has lovely mountain views, and gets sun most of the day. There is a traditional wooden seating area, as well as a communal herb garden where guests can help themselves to home-grown herbs for cooking or cocktails throughout the duration of their holiday with us.

There are two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bath, shower and separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with mountain views. It also has its own balcony.
THE BERGNER
ALM APARTMENT

The Bergner Alm apartment is over 140 metre squared and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. With its modern yet cosy interior, it's a haven in the hot summer months, and a welcomed warm retreat in those cooler winter months. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and dining room, and a private garden with beautiful mountain & forest views.
