The Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet houses three beautifully designed holiday apartments. Each apartment is light and spacious, perfect for those breezy summer days; yet cosy and warm making them each a great little haven for curling up after a day of skiing in those snowy winter months.
Being South-facing, the chalet has an abundance of sun spots on offer.To utilise this, each apartment has it's own private out door space.

HOLIDAY HUT IN TIROL
Hütte Waldzeit is our picturesque holiday hut in the Kitzbühel Alps of Tirol. Surrounded by forest and mountains, the holiday hut is a dreamy addition to our Austrian Alpine Retreats collection. The hut sleeps four people across two bedrooms, and is the perfect place for any type of traveller - whether you're a family with children, a couple, or perhaps a travelling solo. The surrounding area of Hütte Waldzeit is rich with opportunities at any time of year, and it's just minutes from the ski slopes of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental.
THE COSY
CABIN
Hütte Waldzeit is made completely out of natural wood and stone materials, offering an harmonious back-to-nature feel. It has a cosy living room with a log burner fire, a kitchen and dining area, two comfortable bedrooms that sleep up to four people, and a bathroom with a shower and warm running water. There is a satelitte TV and WIFI, although we always recommend to use your time at Hütte Waldzeit to completely switch off from technology and be one with nature.
PEACEFUL FOREST SURROUNDINGS
Hütte Waldzeit is in a tranquil forest setting, offering a place for relaxation, recuperation and regeneration. Forest & mountain views can be admired from every window. Why not go for a leisurely meander in the forest, or perhaps practice yoga under the shade of the canopy? How ever you choose to spend your days, the time spent in close proximity to the forest at Hütte Waldzeit is bound to leave you feeling relaxed.
A RELAXING PRIVATE GARDEN
Hütte Waldzeit has a large fenced garden, making it a great space for people with kids and dogs alike. Plenty of outdoor seating is available, including sun-loungers and an undercover outdoor seating area where you can sit back and listen to the sound of the nearby river flowing by. The BBQ grill and outdoor fire-pit are perfect for spending long evenings sat around the fire cooking marshmallows with loved ones.
CHASING THE SUMMER SUN
There is a beautiful natural swimming lake as well as an outdoor pool and activity centre just 5 minutes from Hütte Waldzeit. There are also endless hiking and cycle routes for all abilities in the hut's immediate vicinity, as well as plenty of excursion opportunities to see natural wonders including lakes, gorges and waterfalls. The Hopfgarten gondola also runs in summer to give easy access to local peaks and the stunning mountain panoramas of the Kitzbühel Alps.
A WINTER WONDERLAND
In the winter months, the area around Hütte Waldzeit transforms in to a winter wonderland. Snow capped trees and white mountain panoramas offer a breathtaking setting for a winter holiday. Snow based activities are in their abundance - hundreds of kilometres of pistes, endless winter walking and ski touring routes, and dozens of cross-country skiing options. Guests can also enjoy sledging or ice-skating in the area, or perhaps go for a horse-drawn sleigh ride in the snow.

The Bergner Alm apartment is over 140 metre squared and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. With its modern yet cosy interior, it's a haven in the hot summer months, and a welcomed warm retreat in those cooler winter months. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and dining room, and a private garden with beautiful mountain & forest views.
THE KANDL SPITZE APARTMENT
Sleeps 4 People
The Kandl Spitze apartment has traditional wooden ceilings, with cosy features and modern touches. It covers 70 metres squared and sleeps 4 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room space. The private balcony has outdoor seating with breathtaking mountains views towards the Hohe Tauern National park mountains.
THE EDELWEISS SPITZE
APARTMENT
Sleeps 5 People
The Edelweiss Spitze Apartment is 75 metre squared, and is great for groups of up to 5 people. Whether you would like to go on holiday as a group of friends or as a family with kids, this apartment would be a great fit for you. There are two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bath, shower and separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with mountain views. It also has its own balcony.
