The Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet houses three beautifully designed holiday apartments. Each apartment is light and spacious, perfect for those breezy summer days; yet cosy and warm making them each a great little haven for curling up after a day of skiing in those snowy winter months.
Being South-facing, the chalet has an abundance of sun spots on offer.To utilise this, each apartment has it's own private out door space.

EDELWEISS SPITZE
APARTMENT
The Edelweiss Spitze Apartment is 75 m² and is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. Whether you would like to go on holiday as a group of friends or as a family with kids, this apartment would be a great fit for you. It is south facing and therefore gets plenty of light all year round, and comes with its own private balcony offering incredible views towards the Hohe Tauern National park. THE
BEDROOMS
The Edelweiss Spitze apartment has two bedrooms offering sleeping possibilities for up to 5 people. The main bedroom has a large double bed and a separate single bed, and the second bedroom has a bunkbed. Some adults fit in this but not if you're tall! There is plenty of storage available, extra bedding and pillows and cosy features. The main bedroom has mountain views and the second bedroom has garden views.
THE
LIVING ROOM
There is a cosy living room area with lovely mountain views and traditional wooden ceilings. A great space to curl up and relax in. The living room area has a couch with extra seating, a flat screen TV and a stereo system. There is a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, as well as board games and books in both English & German. From the living room, there is access to your own private balcony overlooking the mountains.
THE
DINING ROOM
The dining area has a traditional Austrian style 'Eckbank' eating table, that comfortably sits up to 5 people. Alternatively if you would like to dine outside, there is a seating area on the balcony with a large table and enough seating for 5 people. If you're coming with young children, we also have high-chairs available at the chalet that you can use on your holiday.
THE
KITCHEN
The kitchen area is fully equipped to make you feel at home. If you don't fancy trying one of the many restaurants in the area, it has everything you might need to cook a meal instead. There is a fridge / freezer, oven & stove top, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. We provide some tea, coffee, sugar and other basic condiments to get you started too.
THE
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is very spacious, with a bath and separate walk-in shower. There is also a vanity area with two sinks (his & hers), and a large mirror with bright lighting. A set of towels are provided for each guest, and there is a hairdryer and first aid set available. The bathroom has a window offering natural ventilation, as well as a ventilation system. The WC is in a separate room, with a few toilet rolls to get you started.
THE
BALCONY
The Edelweiss Spitze has its own private balcony, with views towards the Hohe Tauern National Park mountain ranges. It has an outdoor dining table with seating for 5 people. The balcony is south facing so gets plenty of sun all day long, yet is covered so you can sit out there in bad weather too. There are also a couple of comfy deck chairs for lounging in the sun.
THE
COMMUNAL SPACE
All guests staying with us at the chalet also have access to a communal BBQ & grill area in the chalet garden, for BBQs any time of year. The area has lovely mountain views, and gets sun most of the day. There is a traditional wooden seating area, as well as a communal herb garden where guests can help themselves to home-grown herbs for cooking or cocktails throughout the duration of their holiday with us.

With its modern yet cosy interior, it's a haven in the hot summer months, and a welcomed warm retreat in those cooler winter months. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and dining room, and a private garden with beautiful mountain & forest views.
THE KANDL SPITZE APARTMENT
Sleeps 4 People
The Kandl Spitze apartment has traditional wooden ceilings, with cosy features and modern touches. It covers 70 metres squared and sleeps 4 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room space. The private balcony has outdoor seating with breathtaking mountains views towards the Hohe Tauern National park mountains.
