The Landhaus Bergner Alm chalet houses three beautifully designed holiday apartments. Each apartment is light and spacious, perfect for those breezy summer days; yet cosy and warm making them each a great little haven for curling up after a day of skiing in those snowy winter months.
Being South-facing, the chalet has an abundance of sun spots on offer.To utilise this, each apartment has it's own private out door space.

The below Terms and Conditions are applicable to our Christmas Holiday Giveaway, taking place between the 1st December 2021 and the 6th December 2021. Should you have any questions about the competition or your entry in the the Holiday Giveaway, please do get in contact.
The promoter is Landhaus Bergner Alm. The competition is open to anyone 18 years or over except employees of Landhaus Bergner Alm. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The route to entry for the competition is to like the post on the chalet Facebook Page. The rules of the competition and how to enter are clearly stated in the Facebook post.

Any additional action (including sharing a post, commenting, watch party, tagging etc.) are done so at the entrant’s discretion and do not impact the outcome of the giveaway. We have the right to allow more than one entry per competition at times. We will notify specifically in the post if this is the case.

Closing date for entry will be stated in the post of the Facebook page. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize as clearly stated in the Facebook Post, is a 3-night stay with welcome hamper. The prize is for up to 4 people in the Landhaus Bergner Alm Kandl Spitze Apartment. There are no charges.
The prize must be redeemed within 12 months, and is subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to deny date requests by the winner. The prize cannot be redeemed against holidays within the following weeks of 2021: Weeks 5 - 9, weeks 26 - 34, weeks 51 & 52.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Final dates are at the discretion of the promoter.
Winners will be chosen at random via the software platform that we will share if anyone wants to know more.
The winner will be notified by private message on Facebook and within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available via our Facebook page. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
